Shipping and tracking
Why doesn't my order have tracking?
Flat parts, like visor-delete plates, ship free as a First-Class letter. Letters don't have tracking and usually arrive in 3-7 business days. Shipping this way is what keeps prices low. If yours hasn't shown up within 10 business days, email us and we'll send a replacement with tracking at no charge.
How long until my order ships?
Every part is made to order in our shop in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Most orders ship the next business day. Board mounts and multi-item orders can take 1-2 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as a parcel is on its way.
How much is shipping?
- Flat parts: free letter mail (a tracked parcel is $5.99 at checkout if you prefer).
- Board wall mounts and the workbench: free, with tracking.
- Other light parts: $5.99 with tracking, and free on light-part orders over $25.
- Orders 1 lb and over: $8.99 with tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. From apolloinnovate.com, Canada is $12.99, and the UK, Ireland, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel are $14.99, for orders up to 0.5 lb. It's tracked and usually takes 7-14 business days. Import duties or taxes, if any, are collected on delivery by your postal service. For board mounts, the workbench and heavier items, email us for a quote. On eBay and Etsy, the rate shows at checkout.
My international parcel has stopped moving. Can my local post office help?
Yes. Your parcel is handed to your country's postal service for delivery, and they can look it up with the tracking number that starts with AHOY. International parcels often go quiet for a week or so in customs. If there's no movement after 21 days, message us.
Discounts and kits
Do you offer a discount when I buy more than one part?
Yes. On apolloinnovate.com, eligible parts are 10% off when you buy 2 and 15% off when you buy 3 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout - no code needed. Shipping on light parts is also free on orders over $25.
Do you sell kits?
Yes. Our kits bundle parts that go together, priced below buying each part on its own: the Miata Drain Kit, Essentials Kit, Cowl Refresh Kit and NA Interior Refresh Kit, plus the Hang + Ride Kit (a board wall mount with angled risers). See all kits.
Returns
How do I return something?
You can return any item within 30 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email us at info@apolloinnovate.com to start the return and we'll send the instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item was defective or damaged when it arrived. Once it's back with us, your refund goes to your original payment within 5-7 business days. Bought on eBay or Etsy? Orders
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. Most orders ship the next business day, so we can only change or stop an order before it ships. Once it has shipped, you can still return it unused within 30 days.
Where else can I buy your parts?
You can also find us on Etsy (ApolloManufacturing) and eBay (apollo_manufacturing). Our lowest prices are always here on apolloinnovate.com.
Do you sell in bulk or to shops?
Email us with the part and how many you need, and we'll let you know what we can do.
Fitment
Will this fit my vehicle?
Each listing shows the make, model and years it fits. Our parts are made to fit the factory (OEM) parts, so aftermarket parts may differ.
Not sure it fits?
Send us your year, make, model and trim, plus a quick photo of the area (a measurement helps too). We'll tell you whether it fits, or whether we can make a version that does.
It doesn't fit - now what?
Let us know right away with your year and trim and a photo of how it sits. We'll make it right, and your details help us correct the listing for the next buyer.
What is a visor delete?
A visor delete replaces your sun visors with clean plates that cover the mounting holes. It's a popular way to clean up the interior, especially when the original visors are worn out or broken.
Are these factory (OEM) parts?
No. These are aftermarket parts we design and make ourselves. We're not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer; make and model names are used only to show what each part fits.
Custom parts
Can you make a part for my vehicle?
Often, yes. Send us a few measurements and a photo of the area and we'll see whether we can make a custom version. Our prototyping service is free - you just pay shipping. Tell us about the part on our Prototype page.
Our parts
Where are your parts made?
Every Apollo part is made to order in our shop in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Plastic parts are 3D printed in the shop, and wood parts are CNC cut and sanded. We're a small business.
Will 3D-printed parts hold up?
Yes. Our Miata parts are printed from the same tough material as our Miata dash parts, and Marcus has run his originals on his own NA Miata for almost six years.
Do the wood board mounts come stained or painted?
All our board products are 9-ply Baltic Birch, sanded smooth and left unfinished - no stain or paint. That makes them easy to stain or paint yourself to match your space.
Do your longboard decks come with trucks?
No, trucks aren't included. Marcus rides Gullwing Pro III trucks on his; Gullwing Chargers are another good reverse-kingpin choice.
