You may choose to remove the antenna on your truck if you don't use the radio, or are tired of the antenna aerial hitting branches as you off-road. This kit removes the antenna assembly entirely and plugs the hole left behind with a low profile, weather resistant cover.
To install: Remove the antenna aerial, remove the antenna base, cover the hole with the provided seal, and attach the cover plate with the provided hardware.
The cover is able to be primed and painted to match the truck body.
Fits Jeep Wrangler years 1997 - 2024.

Clever little cover and the price is right.
We removed the stereo from the jeep years ago, and it never occured to me to remove the antenna. Found this after a quick search, and while it is simple, it’s very effective and looks clean after a very simple install.
Would reccomend.
