Running a push-button, toggle or hidden ignition means the factory switch comes out and leaves a hole in the plastic cover. This blank fills it and gives the column a finished look instead of an obvious gap.
To install, snap the outer cover off, drop the blank in and tighten the locking nut from the inside. No cutting and no adhesive.
Deleting the steering lock as well? The Steering Lock Cap covers the second opening left in the column.
